The Solution to Idiots in CF???
Now, we've all been in the situation where someone is blatantly hacking and no one will kick him/her. And we get all riled up and start shouting at the other team that they're dumb etc. etc. But are they intentionally trying to tick us off or do they just not realize what's going on? I'd bet that more often than not, it's the latter.
So, why not integrate some training to identify hackers in the initial tutorial portion of the game? It could, for example, be an interactive model where people play against hacking NPC's, and have to identify the hack which they are using. Just for kicks, you could throw in some "legitimate" players to see if they can tell the difference.
If that's too complicated, you can simply have a rundown of all the known types of hacks, and do a sort of slideshow. At the very least, I think the game should teach players how to call a vote kick, if they think a teammate is hacking. While it may be obvious to experienced players, the nature of the f11/f12 voting system is pretty unintuitive. I think it would be a good use of time and effort to teach these players instead of just writing them off as noobs/idiots.
What do you think? :]

n f11/f12 is easy well it depends on other ppl if they want y/n or f11/f12
lol if it was y/n, and you mess up typing you will vote by accident..i like f11 or f12 better just because you rarely if not never press f11 or f12 by accident
and to the main thread
you can't identify a hacker if he or she is using a simple hack...and you can't really train for one..because there are always new ways to hide hacks..so ya.
