Hello I am Venezuelan and buy zp by means of gamecoins, and it wanted to know being this level of staff sargen, I buy zp and a month me banean? Or it does not matter I can buy zp any level? Clarify this doubt

you can buy zp at any level you wish. although you can't buy crates until sergeant.

depends but i try 2 get zp when i was a low rank it doesnt work u have to be staff u get ZP

You can buy zp crates at any level I believe, it's just gp that's level restricted.

@OP: What do you mean by being banned for 1 month? Buying ZP doesn't prevent you from being banned if that's what you're asking...
