If you like camping - use DSR, if charge - AWM. You can Quick scope whit awm, but whit dsr its hard :S Well, i would suggest you to take awm( for beginning ) after buy dsr

the awm is better becasuse you have 2 zooms and on the dsr1 you only have one thats zoomed in far and thats bad for close up and also you can't get out of the dsr1 scope once you shoot it

Personally I like DSR more because the faster fire throws people off, but AWM is classic and good to use especially starting out. AWM is also cheaper.
