blank screen

ok so ive had crossfire for 2-3 years now and i just got this problem 2 months ago i kept going to support they keep sending me here so basically i have this problem when the login screen is ment to come up but it just nothing it dosnt even say not respondin its like as if your coputer or laptop is turned off and it wont let me exit it untill i manally restart my pc can you guys help im really annoyed by this
