How to win clan's point ?

Hi all

I ask you a question because I search before but i dont find it

Do you know how to win points for the clan's? What are the differently possibilities ?
Thanks by advance and sorry for my language, i'm not english at all :S.

5000 exp = 10 clan points

You need to get 500 Experiencie Points to do 1 Clan Point.

So that clans that become inactive will not stay high ranked.
Every clan looses 5% of their clan points every week.

really? i wondered why i hadnt got all my cp's

i play diff servers depending on who's online fmr friends list etc...

OT: i think a win in clan wars = 1 cp too right? or is that a myth?
