Did not receive PayMo SMS Zp

Hi, 5 minutes ago, i bought 17k zp for 15 Euro.
Usually, you get your ZP's within a few seconds....this time, i did not receive my Zp's.

What can i do?

I've the same Problem with Paysafe. I bought 50k ZP, everything was ok. I was linked to the Mall, wanted to buy EXP plus for 90 Days and then cames the lil Text in red:
Sorry, your account currently does not have enough Z8 Points to purchase this item.
50 € payed for nothing. -.-' The Money on the PSC is away and i have not any ZP.

What should i do?

wait 24 hours. if it doesnt arrive by then send a report ticket saying you didn't get it along with some proof (picture of texts etc.).
