You need to wait a few days.

you will have to wait a response from the support team to what action to take next.

The response time can range from 15 minutes, to 48 hours, to even 5 days... so patience is a virtue.

And out of curiosity, you don't have to answer this, but why do you with to remember your email address at this time?
