OT-
after every game at the score board there is a button to continue and another button saying save. if you think there was a hacker in that game then you MUST click the save butto. the replay on my computer is saved in -

C:\users\Jonny\Documents\CrossFire\Replay

you then go to the support ticket which some kind people above have linked for you and fill out the hacker form and attach the saved replay at the end of the form
