Tickets are often marked as closed as soon as they are received. This doesn't mean that support isn't going to respond or is ignoring your ticket. How long have you had the ticket open? It can sometimes take several days for a response depending on how many tickets have been submitted.

Think about the amount of tickets z8 receive each day. I work on a technical helpdesk and the amount of calls / tickets we get raised don't all get resolved within 10secs...Some calls I even mark as closed but assign them to myself so I can clear the queues but have the ones im looking at. You need to remember that they may need to investigate the cause of the problem before giving you the solution mate.

You aren't responding properly (You don't open a new ticket each time you want to respond..), you need to REPLY to the ticket. You've been given responses.
Goto Support -> Contact History and then click on "View Details". -

I love how they keep sending them. That is why you are over loaded with them.

You must look at your replies by going to "View Details" as Hpx stated. The reply will have everything you need to either provide, or have the new information that the account was changed to (assuming you proved it was yours).
As a side note, this system won't be like this forever. There are lots of planned upgrades coming to the site (and support site) in 2011. -
