A simple dog tag question or two.

Today I got the last letter needed. However I don't want to exchange it because they may change the DE-Scope reward with something else(DE-S sux IMO). So my question is do I loose the letters if I don't exchange them when the new patch comes and when/if they change DE-S with something else? Or when the missions are reset etc.?

I don't think you loose your dog tags even when the missions do change at the end of the month and when the new patch comes out.

I'm pretty sure it will act like you got a 'duplicate' and the earned letter for any further missions will be wasted.

But I'm sure the letters will remain from the patches unless they change something drastically.

You will always keep all dog tags, no matter what is changed in the game. But I dont think they will ever change the prize you can win with Dogtags.

I don't see a reason why you should lose them?

If a mod or GM doesn't clarify this, you better get the crates or maybe does something happen.

I have had the same dog tags since the xmas patch.... they stay.

Dog tags wont expire until you spend them.

Tho I doubt that they'll change the reward soon.

As a lot of people can get lucky, z8 doesn't probably want to give tons of free black-market ZP weapons daily, so changing crate kind each time won't help. Let's say 1,000,000 people got the crates, and only 2% of them won, that is 20000 people getting free D.E scope's. And no I've had tags for over a month nothing happened to them.

Was going to make a new thread but it's not really worth it so I'll put what I have to say in here.

I got the E dogtag after waiting maybe 2 months for it. I've noticed quite a few other players missing it too so if you need it try playing the BlackWidow FFA mission. This probably won't work but interesting to see if it might.

He isn't spoiling. He is making sure that by the time the patch comes out you would've forgot about being disappointed.

OK, Saidin, thanks for clearing this up! It'd be nice to change the reward however(it's been a long time).

I exchanged the tags and opened the crates:
- 10 000GP
- 2 coupons
- 14 days SG552-Camo
- 7days Shovel(hate it)
- Sprays

Btw the reason I don't want DE-S is that I already have DE-C and Ana-A. DE-C is just better than DE-S as it is a very fast reloader. I had the chance to try DE-S from badges so meh... don't like it as the Camo and the scope on it was not used at all. Anyways...

noone can tell you this because the reward never changed since it came out
but as said above, they don´t gonna change it so you have enough time to get the tags again till next patch^^
