Help plz

Alright i am trying to recover a account where i think my bro gave out the pass. I dont need anyone telling me i shouldnt have told my bro. But when i send a support ticket i dont know exactly what kind i go to account than account administration but that is like for the current account i see nothing on trying to recover a lost account. Help would be much appreciated thank you.

oh and you need some kind of proof that the acc is yours

I know to send support ticket but do you see anything for lost account ?

Im thinking technical has to do with ur pc and crossfire plus i tried and they closed the ticket

i Know all teh info so do i put it in additional info ? Because other questions are for the account i send the ticket in with.
