Bann for false kicking?

I was wondering if you guys could make a bann for people that kick you for no reason...
I was playing in echo 8 Using my m12 and star character and i got kicked for being "noob".
I'm pretty sure that i have the right to use what i have purchased with my own money and that this is unfair.
Just because you cant beat the m12 and star don't mean you gotta hate. Don't hate what you cant be. Theres was a guy using m4 silver 2 kills 3 deaths and he called me bad i had 8 kills 2 deaths. You bad, you mad, you sad

You suck if you can't kill a star with a m12.

Actually you don't suck if you can't kill a m12s and star. Why? Because M12s is just a OP Beast, which IMO should be removed but won't so yeah. But everytime you get near in the range of a person with m12s you will basically get owned bad.
Unless you get hs which is common but other than that your gon' fail.
Anyways sorry about the kick thing everyone complains about it, but in the rules it doesn't say anything about being kicked by popularity. so your a little scr3wed there. That sucks, i got kicked for being ace a few times last week. I Raged

You shouldn't be in echo 8 using those items anyway. That's the competitive server.. they had every right to kick you.

Nah you can use any gun in any server unless its wogl? So smd kid You cant deprive me from my rights Its not against the rules to use those guns I bought them with my own money afterall

People shouldn't be banned for false kicking. If that were to happen, most of the people who play this may have been banned by now.

Well no m12's/ Star/ spop etc is basically the unwritten rules for that server, so no biggy you just didn't know.

But people do cry about these things in all servers:p

Well the M12 is annoying, specially if you have a week team. I played TDM (with riffles & SMG) two days ago, first time after one month, maybe more, and guess what? Half of players had M12 and they were only high ranks. I mean really high ranks. Personally I'm a rusher and it's a hell to play against these noobs with M12.
