GMs don't usually look at support ticket... they go to the support team...
and you can expect a response from 48 hours to 5 days or longer...
depends on how specific the issue is, and how much information you presented to help resolve your conflict
and no PMing Saidin of stuff unneccessary will only aggravate him further... he'll unleash his Red Kraken on u.....
