I bought $20 Ultimate Game Card. I used it once with $8.99 in crossfire i want to use the remaining $10.32 in my Ultimate Game Card but it says "This card has already been redeemed"...I am Please saying to you guys i really need help... Thank you.

Lol.. u are suppose to redeem code through playspan, and if you did, and u only spend about 9 bucks on it as what you have said, you should still have the money in ur playspan account. And you could use that for other purposes.
