Looking for ESL/Scrim Team.

I am looking for a decent, or if not - a complete Scrim team that is considering entering in the future ESL Tournaments and everything. I don't really plan on doing WOGL, as there is rather a bit drama going on with it and I don't want to get involved. I come originally from Counter-Strike Source, but have been playing CrossFire for over a year now and Echo 8'ed scrim, etc. Yada fking Yada.

I want a team with Ventrilo, and only does Echo 8 scrimmages - maybe CW if we get bored, wtf ever yada yada.

I snipe, but I can rifle when needed. If you don't need a sniper, don't talk to me and shut ur face.
