Windows 7 Fullscreen Problem

You know how when you play crossfire on windows 7.. that you have those 2 black bars on the side (where you can't play full screen). Well here's my problem.

I am actually playing full screen on my laptop. My resolution is 1366 x 768. I used to have those black bars on the side, but now it's full screen. It is really ugly, and I prefer having those black sides. Maybe I hit a button that made it full screen. Do anyone know anyway to get those black bars back (non full screen)? I tried reinstalling.

I have a toshiba laptop btw. Thanks for your helpz.
