Monthly Records did not reset this month :(

My Daily Mission/Monthly Records didnt reset this month. I was thinking that the reset will eventually be done to me too, but no. I can see the missions, sure, but what is the point if I miss all the rewards I will normally have?

Does somebody have this problem? Could you help me please?
