See that's something you don't do as a leader. You should be the rock on the clan where people come to you with any issues they have. You should have full respect from every member on the clan or it wont work.
And if you are doing what I said and you tried your best then maybe converse is a lost cause, there is no point in continuing something that won't last much longer and only gives you headaches. -
Players and teams come and go. It's not my plate to dip my nose in, but from what I've seen Strapzy has prooved to be dedicated as a leader to his team. Trying to make things work, working with players. But when players don't work with you, that feels like **** and can bring out the worst of people.
I know what it feels like to have all the weigth on your sholders. And that's what you need to cope with to be a successful leader. As soon as you start giving into drama's then take a break and think what's best for the team, and more what's best for the players you actually like playing with on your team.
Tbh I don't really know what my point is, im not trying to mentor you, tell you off or give you advice. I just thougth I'd provide my voice to this well mannered discussion.
Yeah facebook and CF don't go so well together. Supprise (Mat) has my facebook and quite recently he made a ESL Group about me called 'We all Love Nip' and the picture was off my facebook pics where I was totaly smashed in a photoboof with a mate hugging me. Yes it looked very ****, but we all do stupid **** when we're drunk. And more importantly **** happens guys. Let it go, the most you can get out of Freshy leaving is a guy you can still get along with, ring, be an e-friend or w.e. shiz you call it.
Apologise even if you're wrong, to prevent stupid ass threads like this one that make me oversleep for college tomorow! Grrr. -

The thing is, i have full respect for everyone in this game. Just how the hell, i get trolled for who people think i am, no one actually bothers to try and know me?

It really looks like an episode of "friends" or another of those series.
When you have a fight with your GF or a friend, you don't go on the street and shout to everyone what is going on. I know I should not write anything on this thread, as I don't really know the participants, but please, just stop air your dirty laundry in public, use PM, thanks.

Next thing you know Get Right's gonna rage from SK so hard, rip up his contract and storm out to fnatic. Crossfire will never make it big because our players aren't looking for permanent solutions. We look for, who's topped ESL or which team's got awesome players, never that team has nice guys with alright shots, let me go work with them. -
Cut the inmature people who act stupid dont listen best thing to do..
You dont need sick pros to be an good team its about having respect for each other and try with each other to get good teamwork strats and help each other..
Who ever doesnt follow this or is not nice to his team (clan mates) should be cut..
Anyways good luck with what you going to do have played you in some scrims before

I made several clans that have failed? everyone needs to learn to lead a clan. The last clan i leaded (netsky) was good would become a top team but we based of the idea to have only 5 players if then 1 drops out the whole team goes down. I also would like to point out that I am one of the persons with the most expierence leading besides that I run/ran the EU PUG 2 times both succesfull imo. You on the other hand did not achieved anything in this game what so ever, you only come tot he forum to troll and to drive this community into the ground.

Strapzy has enough **** , he should take a break he will get his chance and oppturnity as a leader or player with converse or without.
