ok so about 5 days ago i bought the clan name change and i tried to chnage my clan name, when i did this it took away all the zp i had in my clan bank which was the 9500 so thats no problem but when i "changed" my clan name not only did it take all the zp away but it also did not change my clan name.

Ive sent in a support ticket that day, messaged gm saiden and mod dot tried to help by sending me back to the support ticket page so i sent in one more anyways and NONE of them have sent me a response back. Like its only $10 that i lost but i dont want to spend another 10 to do something z8 cant even get to work and lose my money again. So does any one know how i can fix this myself or if z8 ever gets back to you because quite frankly, that is some shi.tty service they are giving me..oh wait, WHAT SERVICE!?

EDIT: and i swear to god if a mod or saiden responds here and saying im getting an infraction and still not helping me with their clan name change error then they can suck a big one

I had the same exact problem. Just be patient. Took mine a week or longer.

Wasn't there some problems with the clan system thing or did they fix it .. ?

alright well one mod told me theyd get back to me 3 days or less so thats why i was a little angry. I just thought they were going to be like yeah eff this guy lets just take his money and deny he ever paid

I doubt they need 10$ that bad.

Did you check to see if it changed in game? Our clan changed their name and it only showed the change in game. The clan page didnt show it for 3 weeks.

You didn't get a response from me or [GM]Saidin because its a SUPPORT issue.
Those are usually best to take with support, even if you have to wait.

Support can easily confirm whether or not you've purchased the item and used it.

Just wait for a reply.

Remember 3 working days. I don't think they work on weekends.

I'd give it 5 working days before another ticket, mine get answered in about a week when i send them.
