How much time does the support usually take to respond to a ticket ?

3-5 days usually. Sometimes it can get longer as they get flooded on weekends.

You usually get an answer within 1 week.

If you`re wondering about a ticket you sent over the weekend, I`d advice you to send it again, the administrators don`t work over weekend and your ticket will probably disappear in that flood.

If i send it again, won't it go at the bottom of the line, and, this way, i will have to wait longer for an answer ?
