Online mall is not working for me

I tried to buy something with my bp, but when i click on the "Mall" button it said this O_O

"This page will be available soon.
Thank you for you patience and please check back."

Wow?
But when i try with another account it worked fine O_o

    i think it is because one of your accounts is a Leader or CoLeader of a clan.

    They also delete the link to the ClanMall where u can buy things for the Members
