loading problems

I'm haveing problems with loading the game as of today. I can open the game i cant went get to the sign in page in game all i can is a white screen then it goes to a blue screen then it goes to a red blue green and white screen then back to white. How can fix this problem i never had any trouble before till to day. i have reinstalled the game, still done it i have took my computer to my computer guy he ran a few test and took my computer as if it was new right out of the box, put the game back on my computer still does it. PLZ help me
