Man, i dont wanna trash down here against u, but hey man, if i left ur team, have some dignity to let me grow as a player and let Stimulate off the ESL league so i can play with my new teamm8's

Something wrong with you Freshy, i didnt reply cos I was in a scrim, then you bring it to the wrong section in the forums, (actually, theres no public forum place for private information). So, i wont remove the team because we are still doing ESL, leave when you want; more members will join soon. Seriously tho, lost respect after this antic

Snookie and Fallout think its easy being a leader and atleast trying to make a change. When they both dont really do anything. Every young leader is gonna have his hard times but Strapzy is atleast doing something when other people just tend to troll him. Be proud on the guy that he made it so far he needs to learn alot but it will get alright maybe not with converse but with another team or clan.

Its your decision if you feel uncomfortable and not happy in the team you in your right to leave the team, were not judging you.

People actually going too far with this. Yes; we played you and it ended up as a 2vs5 as people had to go.
Freshy, you had upmost respect for me, you would never go a foot wrong with me. Now you have nothing, and its for no reason. I hate running my clan, but i do it because i know i can make things work.
Im not immature, and when 5 people are trolling you at once in any scrim; theres no way im about to sit down and watch you troll me? People actually asking my RL Personal things if shes a virgin or not?
Like, physch up people, get smart. Everyones got their own side of their story and nothings gonna get worked out because no ones gonna admit their in the wrong. I recall today that i said that can we RM seriously tomo as we only had 3 players. You replied no scrims are serious, then started trolling me about aim etc.
What do i do? Pretend not to be mad when everyone else is being mad around me?

Strapzy, from what I've gathered from our brief encounters (scrims, random pug vent etc.) you're an idiot but then again I don't know you much. I do respect you for trying to stick with your clan when you have a lot of drama and immature people, shows some degree of maturity.
I lead a small scrim team with portuguese players (the worst kind) and we won several cups and got top 2 on ESL. You need to set some ground rules with your co-leader. (If you don't have one, get one.). Whoever breaks them you cut them out from next scrim or even ESL match, trust me everyone learns on a short leash. So yeah, lay down some rules (such as good, fast calls, low amount of crying, no public chat except to say gg, gh, ns etc.) and make them follow. Try to get some practices often with your main team and subs to get some chemistry.
And remember, you're supposed to have fun with your clan while scrimming. I doubt you're having fun when you have loads of drama and issues.
