I submitted a support ticket 5 minutes ago, do they change her to an m4 gold?

No. You must send ticket only 48 hour for exchange. After 48 h you didnt have chance to change mind.

i dont think theyl change it becuase you purposly buaght it. I think they change it if you somehow buy it on accident.

Some times they make exchange if you buy the wrong thing on accident, but not just because you bought what you meant to and don't like it.
