If it's been on your computer for a while you can restore it with windows restore, it's either that or download undeleting (probably not the correct word) software.

Lol, I was recording all day, and barely got any good shots(because fraps makes me lag) and then my last game of the day, I stopped recording, then got 30/6 with 5 and 6 kills in Sub Base S&D..

The one really good game I did, I didn't record.

Fail.

OT: If you can't find it, just try doing it over again. =]
