Can that run CrossFire at high quality? -

If you link me your motherboard I can give you a list of upgrades at a reasonable price.
I don't know where to find my mother board, but should a 14yr old be handling all this stuff if he was going to upgrade his PC? -
Your daft.
99% chance says his power supply couldn't support it, that card is 3x the price, and his case might not even fit it due to it's excessively large size. -

I'm 15.
It's not that hard, just don't be stupid, building a pc is nearly idiotproof.
What pc do you have. I will find the mobo myself. -

You can actually rock that pc out to an extent.

Both parts are a reasonable upgrade and shouldn't overload your powersupply. -

not too amazing with computers, but that looks about the same size as that 4350 you posted. i'm assuming his prebuilt has a 300-350 watt psu?
A 250.
I gagged reading it.
And it looks like the 4350 and that card have the same graphics block. Just a bit faster memory clock. -

haven't checked it out yet, he just got it last week, but i bet it will be. he'll have a hard time trying to upgrade that emachine.

i like the second build. might amp up the gpu a bit.
what i'm concerned about isn't that parts, but actually PUTTING them together. do i just stick them into their respective places in the mobo and screw the mobo into the case? -

Nah, put the mobo in first, then begin to place everything in.
Also, most mobos these days don't screw into the case, they have pins that snap onto it.
