i have the christmas comes but once a year ribbon but i dont even have a permanent christmas weapon?

This ribbon is given out for any permanent christmas item. If you have a Santa Hat or Rudolph Helmet, you also get the ribbon.

oh i own the santa :P
thought it was wierd because it says "you own a permament christmas weapon" and i dont think you can kill people with a santa hats in game...
