i've just send a support ticket to z8 about getting a refund on my coupons. how long does it take to get them back?

It depends.

No rush though, if you submit a ticket within 48 hours, its logged in our system.
Doesn't matter if it then goes beyond 48 hours before you get the actual refund/reply.

about one year. i sent them a msg after buying wrong crates in BM.
didn´t know if it was possible...never got anything back

i think there is no support. but good luck to you.
