wrote **** in that Scrim ( atleast me) Since i was mad there for kicking me after staying with you and Baddy for over 5-6 months. WITHOUT talking 1 word to me before. A good Leader would say:"iLif stfu its enough". You could have told me to improve or you kick me. Stuff like that but kicking me, deleting me from your friends and no rewhisper is just childish and inmature.

I dont know, but if you were r.o.c materail ud be there already tbh....There roster is better than its ever been, ud have to be somthing special to fit in there atm, trust me realy fac-ing special.... but GL to ya all ya who have went your own way... -

How hard is to call strats? please....
zzz these ppl get boring, not hard to call strats, on a competitive level understanding the game in front of u, the tempo ect, lead is not just calling a few random strats m8, lead is drive and encouragment no matter the score the game the team your playing, being lead reminds me of playing chess if u get me. lol "how hard is it to call strats" i afriad im looking for a little more than someone calling b rush a rush lol
Individual talent can carry you so far, good lead can carry u to the top..... -
I dont play to topfrag, i play for my team
I play by deducing where their weakest player is, how fast they rotate and how agressive or defensive they play.
I then work my stratergies around that, for instant on Blackwidow most clans become sleepy on catwalk for the first round. -
calling strats is easy....
WHEN to use the right strat at the right time is important, but most importantly is CHANGING your strat so that it makes a serious problem for your opposition. I mean.... when we're practising we only go over 5-6 strats - the rest of the time I just add my own variables or call on fly. Like everyone can say smoke mid, shiftwalk b and ''X'' fake cat after I flash it w/e, but when to do that particular strat and crap is well harder.
Anway, I think that if ye work well enough together as a team and if your individual skill is good enough ye can do anything with any strat. Thats were my team really lets me down.... i'm the only one that ever speaks on vent. Its not hard to ask for someone to flash ''Y'' before they push it or if they think that they might've stacked another site they just don't say anything and wait for my calls which is just useless. -

Not a nice move i could drop bombs here but i wont, im not like that, im supprised at you individual talent you and aneas are playing terrible atm from wot ive seen and heard, i took a back seat from wogl 1 coz someone changed my pass 2 coz i had a bad half in nsn game, if u were the leader i thought u were ud drop u and aneas for 1 game to see what happens, i been relaxing playing with "the best players eu has to offer" my game is back to 100% yet u still choose to play a bad roster..GG rust thanx for hanging the teams washing in public good man.... -

It’s generally a good idea for a team to have several rehearsed, memorized strats put together for each map. A strat caller must know when it is best to run set strats and when it is best to throw those strats out the window and begin to call dynamically. There will be plenty of times when your set strats just seem to get completely shut down against a particular team. It could be the case that you are just getting outshot, or your strats need some changes to them, however a lot of the time you’ll find that they just flat out don’t work against particular types of teams. In that situation, you want to switch to dynamic strats. It could also be the case that when playing a team you can quickly see something you could possibly exploit. Being able to identify exploitable tendencies is a sign of a great caller. If you can see those things it may be best if you begin calling dynamically right off the bat.
Being a good dynamic caller is the most difficult part of being an in-game leader – however doing it well will have a dramatic impact upon your team. I think the problem with most inexperienced dynamic callers is that they don’t have reasoning behind the strats they call. They simply call a strat because it’s the latest random idea that floated into their head. Instead, every on-the-fly call should be made because you see something worth exploiting. For example, I call a strat on BW that involves three of us nading at cat just because someone plays there often meanwhile one of us holds passively in mid because we noticed they tend to flank quickly. You’ll notice the key word “because”. When you’re about to call a strat, can you justify it with a “because” (I’m not saying you always have to explain why to your team, but just ask yourself if you could)? The strats don’t need to be overly complicated to be effective – and in my cases you only have about a few seconds during freezetime to call it, so they really can’t be all that complicated. The important thing is that they have reasoning behind them. -

How am I ''hanging out the team''.
We already have a clan meeting about this and the lads agreed,although they didn't follow their actions. Anyway, the truth is the truth. Anway, i've been playing with over 200 ping for the last couple of weeks and besides, I already asked the lads whether they would want to try a few matches without me and they said no - since none of them call or lead.
I already talked to Antonio about what he wants to do, but he can't get to play with under 150 ping so most of our strats work around sprayers not scopes so he would have no real purpose - and he agreed. How many matches have you seen Aenaes play? We've played one scrim since our Wogl match and Aenaes was in Newcastle last week. If you actually knew how we were playing you'd have known he was going huge for the weeks practise before the CVT match.
Also, if you want to be back starting - proove yourself. Tony's played like one match all season, but he's always around giving me useful advice and helping me with practises, decisions and strats. I'd be half losted without him. I would talk to you about what I think you need to improve on to fit in with us, but of course - sitting down and having a civilised chat with you would be pretty impossible.
Finally, if you want to argue with me - i'm around two rooms below you on vent. Send me a pm and lets chat. -

What i need to improve on, up your own game before trying to coach others my game is 100% atm thanx to R.O.C..If ping is the issue dont play...And as fir aneas i have nothing against him or you for that matter, but when i have the guys pm-ing me striaght after a few recent games about various things im not going into then, i feel it to take it upon myself to say something.... a civilised conversation is always applicable with me move me on vent lets chat, i just have no time for idiots, im harsh but i get to the point......I have a different way to speak to freinds than i do to randys...Decide which one u are and lets chat............Statistacaly you are the worst player this season......thats all the washing il hang out ty... -
