I've tried to purchase ZP online 3-4 times now and I keep getting a message;

"Reason:Failed to pass security validations."

Can anyone help?

how are you purchasing zp? through a credit/debit card?

through a prepaid card? like UGC?

Playspan redeem codes?

Surveys?

I think you are talking about Credit/Debit cards....

make sure you input everything exactly on the card, including the expiration date, and the security code on the back...

Just wait until glitch is fixed. Card might have something to do with it.
