What you made is not a "forum" it is simply a thread, on the Forum, which is the whole board, which is public to anyone who wishes to posts. There's no rules that can be put here to keep others off.
That is why Rorzer suggested that sight, there are also many others where it is a 5 minute process to create it. Not to mention, that posting here, you still have to follow all of our rules. -
