Guys would like to have this option ?

We know that some threads are closed cause of some trolls flames that went off topics .
Example: Someone talk about ping and it ended on a flame war about BR and the debate about the subject ended by a close thread without attaining it`s target .
So let us say that we have the option to clean our own thread with a delete button implemented to it . You will be able to begin a thread and keep it on topic or delete posts that may lead to any flame or trolls . and on top of that you will be responsible of the mess if you let things go in the wrong direction and may get infraction for not keeping it clean .
This will give less work to the MOds and the forum will be nice and clean .
What do you think about this Idea ?

  • Meh. . . Everything gets abused by these lil kids in game. o_o

If the creator of the room "dilikes" someone he will constantly delete a certain person's post. Or something of that matter. -__-

So. My answer is no. It will get abused. :( Great idea though.

Yes I agree with you on that point :o
But at least people who dislike another one will not go post in his thread and thus keep the war away lol
  • that tool would be over powered :P
and like Mr_Shady said (and im guesing that crossed your mind also) the creeator of the thread could posibly be an as****e

OK let`s see it like that : I don`t like you .You make a thread and I post in it and you delete the post . what do I lose or what do you lose ? Answer = nothing .
and in the actual case , you make thread, I dislike you I post and you reply to me and we %$&^&)(&(&*(^%&% then other enter the %^$%&^$%% and the war continue on and the MOD comes and end the ^$&^$$^$&^^&$ with a key to the thread . What have you gain ?

    yeah i know :/
and to answer you: Yes, i would like that option.
  • I don't understand why threads do get locked tbh, any racist, anti-BR rants should be deleted and user infracted.

Many discussions I did want to comment on were locked.
  • so basically....

this "Suggestion" is asking for more powerz to the thread creator...

    I agree :)

Mods could use a little help...

Not really but more responsible of what he start as thread and be responsible to keep it as clean as possible . Thus giving less work to Mods and let them do other useful things rather than watching kids all the day long . hahaha:)
  • I agree on the issue... But cross fire isn't taken seriously enough to do that.. And who can blame them? The only real problem that i've seen been somewhat fixed are the hakers.... But even at that, there's just too many things that z8games have to do before I or many other people can take this game seriously. We shouldn't have trollers and flamers running around talking about BRs and all that... It's just the 1000 lbs elephant in the room that they've been avoiding..
  • would be abused quickly. people would delete valid points or comments that the thread maker dislikes etc. plus if you went some where else irl and the thread was trolled you'd get infracted for not being there.

for the first answer I think I already talked about it in early posts and for the second one I don`t think that a mod would give an infraction if he see that you are off line .and if you are online and you are elsewhere , here also they will not give an infraction for a 5/10 minutes time, if you are absent.

Also an intelligent person will note delete a post that has valuable arguments , but reply in consequence .
For me I think it`s an opportunity to give the chance to the community to show and improve their maturity and responsibility ." But of course it`s only my way of thinking ." May be it is due to the way I grew up my kids giving them the opportunity to prove themselves instead of always telling them what to do and that they MUST do it the way they were told .
  • Stop making huge threads. =.= Your English is horrid.

if they had the karma system turned on/implemented and it required a certain amount of karma then i think it would be more of a possibility.

i still think that getting punished for not doing something that you're not actually required to do is kinda harsh. you'd see a lot more people using the invisibility mode.
  • It's one of those ideas that sounds good on paper, but doesn't actually work that well. The problem is that you're giving the thread creator too much power and they will most likely take advantage of that, if they don't like a post, it goes bye bye, valid argument or not.

I do hate how some threads I would like to comment on are closed because of one troll though.
