Jittering mouse

Hi,
I just downloaded and started to play this game when I noticed something that feels like mouselag but with a little jittering when moving the mouse cursor left or right. I triend forcing Vsync off through nvidia control panel since I thought that was the issue but no change. Wondering if someone can help me with this because I don't have this issue in other shooters (all the COD's up until now, CS, CSS, all the UT's well, practicly every other shooter out there)

Mobo: Asus rampage formula
Memory: 4x2Gigs Ocz Reaper
Cpu: Intel Q9400 @ 3.4 ghz
Gpu: POV GTX470
PSU: ANTEC truepower Quattro 850W
OS: Win7 x64
