I accidentally exchange cupons for mp5 adv but i dont want that porr gun......i told that to z8 but what u think i get my cupons back?

if you send a support ticket in then you will get your coupons back, you can only do this once i think it is so dont acidentally do it again!!

Also you had to of exchanged in the last 48 hours for them to be able to help you.

I got a refund on awm camo that i mistakenly bought about a month ago. As the other forumer said use this link

Then select crossfire/technical support and give all details of what you did

It can only be done once per account and may take a while but eventually you will get a refund if it was a mistake and ticket submitted within 48 hour period.

depends how long since he exchanged the coupons for the mp5 adv, and when he submitted a ticket...

If its before 48 hours (2days fyi), then he'll get his coupons back...

In the meantime, dont use it, make sure you submited only ONE ticket, and from there you argue back and forth why you didnt get your refund and stuff.
You can check exactly when you exchanged the coupons:
Go to the clan page, click on my profile, then check the logs in the middle of the page
go to black market log

If they give you any hassle, show them screenshots of that, plus the time when you submitted a ticket report, and they should be able to help you...

OMG, I wish I had known that. I'm ticked now lol. I accidently got the combat axe when i wanted the awm camo. I just said "oh well" and moved on.

Anyways, I wish you luck on getting your cupons back

The same way they "accidently" give away their account information and then open a ticket I guess.

Everything stated above is correct, 48 hours of purchasing the weapon. We are not obligated to refund the coupons either as it is your fault. Also, every account only has ONE refund. So if you waste it on this and you screw up again you won't get any help.

Actually you are wrong.
You can open a support ticket, tell them the situation and you'll have the coupons back.
