GTA IV Question(s)

Two Questions:
In the loading screen, when you load a save from the starting screen, there are pictures of guys/girls from the main story during the loading, now...
1.Who is the gay guy supposed to be and
2.Who is the dude with the blond hair and the sunglasses supposed to be?? Please help me.

It's been a long time since I've played the GTA IV story but iirc
The gay guy is Bernie Crane(Or something along those lines)
And the blond dude with the sunglasses could only be Dimitri Raskalov
But like I said, long time since I've played it.
