Z8games is Unacceptable.
PVK.nbd was hacked for the second time now. The hacker apparently got the account from the admins from Z8games. The "Hacker" said he told z8games his account user name and where he lives because everyone knows where PVK lives. He got that account that easy like are you serious Z8games. He also changed his email because when he sends conformation he doesn't receive it. Z8 games this is unacceptable and any serious admin pm me on xfire fast please because this is stupid.
Side note : Support ticket takes to long just add me on xfire.

Well tbh the one way I could see a scenario like this play out is that he used a Hack that unfortunately had a Keylogger in it. Idk Pavlo as a hacker but ya never know.
Yeah i don't know if the hacker did key log him. We asked him many question about the location he lives and stuff he couldn't answer. But that can be but right now he said he got it from an admin. I want to conform this over before we want to go to the ip logger. If it is a key logger he can get important stuff but right now we want to conform things before that. -

IDK admins doesn't reply back we need to talk but he is our main player. Our clan might die if z8 dosen't answer. He has all the information about his account. All they need to do is talk to him change the private question and don't give people his account. Easy as that , he has all the proof and information. He should be able to get it back if not this game is stupid.

If he provides enough information to "prove" he owns the account, why should Z8Games deny the person the account? How are they supposed to know?
Your friend should keep his account information safer
No GM will add your XFire... so dont even bother there

How do you expect that to happen? Only possible way is to track the IP of those that have logged into the account and that still doesnt point in the direction of the hacker

At least find who it is. Also support takes about like 1 week to answer :O and we need to practice.
