Can't get zp.

I get this message when i try to add zp to my account: "This transaction has been denied.
Reason:Failed to pass security validations." .I have a mastercard card. I tryed to add 10k zp and i have enough money on the card. How can i at least get rid of this message?

I've got same problem..I send a support ticket but no answer.

Send again, if they don't reply to your 1st ticket then re-send it and keep re-sending until they reply -.-'.

OT: I never bought ZP, so I can't help you guys with these problems:(

I dont buy zp but heard it helps. They love your money so they will help you
