Is it me or West Server

When will you realize lol. It's not the servers. I've been capped, my ping stayed the same. My ping will always stay the same until I start to use internet related programs or download certain things. Honestly, if your ping's playing up, CF is not the first thing to blame.

Everyone in the lower mainland of British Columbia who uses Shaw as their ISP has doubled in ping since a few patches ago.
