How can you buy ZP with UGC balance?

Yeah see, do that! Then I say use balance of 11.05 but it still says i need to pay 8.99!! I tried it with a 20 dollar card and it cuts 14 dollars off the price. So is it glitched? Do i have to buy ANOTHER freaking card?

I think that UGC charges a bonus fee. Cause on when i picked the PayByCash option, and selected use balance I got a screen saying "
$11.39
$11.05 via Balance Transfer – $11.05
$0.34

So i need 34 freaking cents to get it. When I select ultimate game card i get this when I try to use my balance.
$11.39
$11.05 via Balance Transfer – $11.05
$8.99

Which makes no sense
