Clan ZP points

Can anyone tell me why we can't use the clan zp points for the clan name change? Is the website still bugged.

The website is currently under maintence and when it will go back into operation, I heard there will be new items.

Lol, i have the same problem cant buy name card with clan bank zp x.x i wish z8 fix it.
