Can anyone help me with my FPS?

When i record with fraps my fps during games drops from 40-60 to 15-25
Anyway to help this?
Because i really want to record for a montage

FRAPS gets on my nerves I was gonna enter the CF Film Awards but FRAPS lags me out of CF =.-

A friend uses Xfire he says it doesn't lag him as much.

Try half-screen at 60 fps.

ROFL ok well next time I see ya readd me. I clean my list often cause I reach 100 fast. So if I haven't talked or seen someone in a while I remove them.

wanna know something I think I remember you being at the bottom to with only 1 person next to you. Maybe crashfire struck again and made us not friends anymore
