I have a problem. I lost an account, I can not find my ID and my e-mail is very annoying ..

You don`t contact a specific person there. You just send the ticket, it`s like a usual message. When they replied your issue, you`ll see an orange letter popping up next to the "logout" button.

4 weeks and one day, it`s weekend.
Oh and I usually get my answers 5-10min after sending the ticket :rolleyes:

nice to know they at least have some kind of business sense. serve paying customers first.

your not gonna see that star today. neither tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. maybe not even until end of february. maybe when you first kid goes to college unless you spent well over 2000k € on your account. i spent maybe 1500k which is not enough. sorry pal.

It`s not silly.
You are not the only one who sends tickets. And it`s weekend, so I`d say you`ll get a reply on... Wednesday.

Yes, I totally understand, but this is really myself, and I understand the time it takes to get an answer, you'll probably find out who created the account, from where, etc. ... Anyway, I hope it will be done as quickly as possible.
