Go to your wordpad. Type in: MYSTRING=80000000
Save it as ram.vbe
Double-click it.

Have fun.

This is from my friend, so all the credit goes to him.

It didn't work for me. Maybe because I already have good fps. =]

xD I get 20-30 FPS and I know a couple of people who want to Reduce their FPS..for the most amazing reason ever..

When they press TAB the big number at the bottom left distracts them..
