Looking for EU team!

Hi everybody,

I am looking for an Eu team that plays a lot of S&D scrims. I'm tired of getting kicked in public matches.

ME:
Rifler: M4 ak and Deagle
Headset/mic: yes and vent etc...
age: 16
ping: around 30-40
nationality: Dutch
K/D: 1.95-2.00
Since when do you play?: since summer 2009 (I have had A LOT of accounts, but this one is going to be my main foreveeeeeeeeeeeeer

You:
Max members of the clan: around 10 (the less members, the more we get used to eachother, at least, that's what i think.
K/D: around 2.0

When you see me ingame, you see that I haven't played a lot of S&D yet, that's because i don't like playing in public matches and get kicked, and I want to rank up fast.
