I feel like a retart but i for got the pass word for my account..... the username was rlcccc i was wondering if i could some how get the pass word.......... i do not rember the email for it :{ but i have bought ALOT of z8points and have the card number that i have used for it..............

Aside from his misspellings, he said he forgot his password and email..didnt get an answer back about it. As far as you goes, if you dont know your email account or your password your probably not going to get that account back. Thats how you verify who you are. Others have tried to open a support ticket and supply them with card numbers from purchases to prove they are the account holder. If that works or not....I do not know. Theres a reason they ask for a valid email account...instances just as this. How can you prove your not trying to gain access to someones account is how they are looking at it.

Hey Giggle...out of pure curiosity, what do you mean by transaction ID? What if someone were to keep their pre-paid cards..would that help them?
