Perm Christmas Deagle Not Showing Up

I spent $30 on ZP to try to get aPerm christmas weopon. After about 20 spins I won a Christmas Deagle. When I when I clicked "Move to Inventory" it said "disconnected from the server." So I logged back in and the Deagle wasn't there. I logged out and and logged back in, and it still was not there. So I went onto my z8games "Weapons Owned" page and it did not show up there either. I have the "Permanent Christmas Weapon" ribbon but no Perm Christmas Deagle! Help Someone?!

Send a support ticket explaining this. Within 48 hours of the opening.

Yeah I hope so too! $30+ for a Perm Christmas Ribbon is not cool. I was so happy I didn't even finish spinning. I think if I just finished spinning and not click on "move to Inventory" everything would have been fine...
I just sent my Ticket. Hopefully they figure it out.

Wow z8 support horrible. They only care about stuff that will earn them money. It took them less than 30 min wen I had a question about credit card payments. Once you pay, all that care is gone.

hope you screenshot you winning that DE, its good evidence...

GL sending in a ticket,

and expect a response from 48 hours till like 1 week

and since its like Thurs night, you probably won't get a reponse till like Wednesday of next week, at best.
Unless you get lucky and get a response on Monday

It sucks I don't have a screen shot. I do have the Ribbon that says I won a "Perm Christmas Weapon", lol I don't know if they'll care about it though. I hope so... owell
