What makes majority of Brazilians in CF so "uncivilized"?

Because they're treated like trash by conceited and nationalist players. They're probably the [excuse the lame example] Americans in Cuba.
You guys incriminate and put them down. If I were them, with the added high ping, I would be one who would want any chance to get back at them. They use the scrubby weapons and the cheats because they help them get an edge over us. Playing with 200+ ping is hard, to be honest.
Their shots don't reg also. It's a lose-lose situation on both sides of the story, for the NA and the SA players, but it's a gap we'll have to cross.

Being the leader of a Worldwide clan I have a few Brazilians and this is what they have told me: The facebook community in BR is gigantic. All the kids in BR love to play CF and have shared their experiences of hack in facebook. This has stricken quite some curiosity there and have drawn them in by the 1000's unfortunately.
I will say this though, I have long hated the BR's due to the amount of hacks that I have seen from there but, the guys that I have in my clan from BR have been nothing but a bunch of great guys with true skill and love for the game and the CF community. These guys have enspired me to embrace all races and nationalities in the Cf community. I have personally chatted with them on skype and I consider them family. Don't let 1 bad egg spoil the carton. -

"Hit the Nail on the Head" I was one of these guys who wanted to do nothing more than trash BR's for the hack. Just remember all, not every BR is a hack or support hackers waving the flag of brasil. One of the coolest members in my clan is BR and he has the greatest respect for the CF community, a great friendship attitude, and just about the most contageous laugh I have ever heard. It's time we leave out the bashing of ones country or origin and focus on just the fact of them hacking. -
It's not just them, but they are a majority of the issue. I dislike them because they do not speak English, thus creating a barrier of speech. I have not really had any problems with a Brazilian that speaks English. That could possibly be the reason why a lot of people hate them. Now, if I were unintelligent, I would pull the hack card out and say "Oh, I hate them because they hack". They are not the only ones who hack. If they were, then I would use that as an excuse. Also, from what little Portuguese I have learned from them...they are about as "nationalist" towards us as we are to them. I wish they would censor "fdp" too, but why would they do something like that?

Just for the record...Brazilians in real life are awesome. I just dont like playing with them here in CrossFire.
Most of them are complete aholes. They kick you if you have better ping, weapons, aim, etc. They kick legit players but keep the obvious hackers. They block you, team nade you, spam "fdp rak" and their clan every 5 seconds. They're just not fun to be with (most of them not all of them). I dont remember the community disliking them this much since the start of CF. It started since they got banned from Combat Arms (probably for the reasons I mentioned) and they flooded this game.
We tank them but they tank us as well. And lagging isn't a good excuse to start hacking. Thats just bs. I guess people stopped complaining about them because the staff/company NEVER listens to how we feel. Supporting foreigners and not their real customers...no wonder people from NA/UK dont buy as much ZP as they used to. -
Finally, this community is starting to realise how immature they have been towards Brazilians. It has gotten ridiculous really. To the point where people call player's Br just because they have 'high' ping, when they aren't even Br. The jokes are old.
There has been countless QQ thread's about the Brazilian population. Complaining how much they lag. Which I really didn't understand considering playing with high ping is a bast£&£. If you can't kill a high pinger than...really you need to go back to a noob server.
Brazilians play a big part in this community. And I think it will be like this for a long time to come.
Let's just hope they get there own servers...just to break the tension between this community. -

I think that's why they have a SA server. It just isn't marketed properly so many people don't go there, sort of like those extra channels that no one uses. I mean, would you want to play in a populated server or an empty server with no one to play with? . -

Because the CF staff isn't Runescapes staff. They care more about money and not their customers. They need to have a balance and they dont. Most of the time there's only 1-3 English speakers in the room which makes communication sh1t. If you tell a Brazilian something, they take it as an insult because they dont know what it means and "F11 AFF RAK" instantly.
Go to Youtube and look for versions who IP banned anyone out of their area. Or like China. Most of them, if not all of them, work as a team. Even in pubs. -
i understand what your point is, but the thing is that: why would we do that? i dont go into a game made by lets say, some company in Philippine. It was always alive. Brazilians are now the top ZP buyers because most English people RQed the game. They got tired of the crap. The community wasn't great but it wasn't this bad.
If you please your real customers then they'll buy more ZP. But when you dont listen to them and things keep on getting worse, they'll buy less.
