It's because this game is poorly coded and they did a much better work in CF china -

Yes even if the coding was done to be very efficient, that would not impact FPS as much as getting a better PC and you cannot deny that. If you cant afford to upgrade you either cope with it or quit because you cant use a pc made 10 years ago to play current day games. Not forgetting CF is very low demanding when it comes to pc spec's.

delete all the temporary files in that folder.
Now go control panel > add remove programs;
get rid of as many programs you do not use on a regular basis as you can.
Also removing fonts you never use but be careful to back them up before you delete them.

Download rivatuner and try overclocking your GPU;

this is much useful than suggesting me upgrade my pc. thank you!
well, i wouldnt be that stupid to blame it all on game if i dont own a good computer. my friend got $2000 HP laptop in 2010 and he knows much more better of pc than me. he optimized the system and even has no background picture. but the fps just wont improve much. back in china, we got fps lowest at 70 which is the highest steady fps i could ever get here.
thats the factual truth. -

Maybe you shouldnt be playing CF EN, and go back to CF CN.
