I'm 167% sure it's the slots.
If that is the case yup you new a new one. I recommend trying a different card in one of the slots (if you have one), and try making it an "expendable" card. May be something old just collecting dust. I say use an old card cause in case it is the slots I don't want to see you wreak a good card. -

Did that, got a small shock, my PC doesn't love me anymore...
I live on a small island with no big shops, so everything has to be ordered to the mainland, which takes about a F week, and makes the product even more expensive, so I was hoping for a chance to fix the slots without having to get a new mb. -

Now for a non tl;dr explanation.
Circuitry uses dc power.
Regular electricity is AC.
Static electricity builds up on your hand. Lots of AC power.
You touch inside of computer with ac power = ac power travels through dc components frying the sht out of everything. Good work dear sir. -

The power supply had nothing to do with it.
Your body generated pure AC static electricity from walking on the carpets or friction.
Normally it isn't enough to shock you. But pc components are VERY sensitive and use DC power. That means that even the slightest amount of static would fry any component.
You generated a bit of static and when you touched the mobo it traveled from your hand into the path of least resistance. The pci slots. Good work. -

In other words did you go inside the case and then it stopped working.
Or did it just stop.
PCI was dead before I opened the case.
I went to check the other slots with an old card then I recieved a shock in one of the other 2 empty slots.
