So whats your excuse for joining a passworded room and ruining a close scrim?

Just because you CAN do something doesn't mean you should. This community is hurting enough as it is.

7 days is really nothing. It could have easily been a month. Lesson learned?

So instead of asking them to leave or even kicking them from the room, u decide to ban them?

Obvious power abuse.

Its not up to mods to set in-game bans.
We ask a GM to review the situation and make calls accordingly. Obviously it was a GMs decision to set the ban.

Lesson learned?

The Game was passworded for a reason.

It was leaked or guessed and players joined and proceeded to not play and vote-kick everyone out of the game.

This is not the kind of behavior we want to condone from the players in our game. Password guessed or not, you can still face action against your account if you act in a manner which is impeding on the enjoyment of the game for other people.

All harassment cases may be reported through the appropriate channels to a Z8Games representative, however, Z8Games, in its sole judgment, will determine the extent to which a player or account may be punished for harassment.

In this instance it was brought to our attention, with proof, that the players who were involved in this incident were acting in a way that was impeding enjoyment for other users.

Appropriate action was taken. Lesson learned?

Agree with you but... 7 days ARE something for a real player!
